The BeNatural Integrative Stem Cell Facelift

The "Stem Cell Facelift" is a complete facial rejuvenation procedure without involving any surgery. This procedure has been practiced at the BeNatural- R3 International for the last 5 years. It works to restore the youthful contour and shape of the face as well as skin tightness and even out color irregularities caused by the aging process and environmental sun exposure. This technique frequently avoids or reduces the need for repeated Botox and cosmetic filler injections.

 

We utilize Mesenchymal stem cells on the face with a great amount of success with our patients. Our procedure consists of a triple layer grafting technique with different growth factor combinations in the deep tissues, as opposed to just below the skin surface.

 

This new approach of transplanting "Mesenchymal Stem Cells", and awakening them as well as the local stem cells within three layers of the face with specific stem cell growth factors, is a revolutionary technique of facial rejuvenation. The transplanted Stem Cells are now known to be a source of "hormone-like" substances that enhance both skin quality and the underlying subcutaneous-fatty tissues of the cheeks, the midface, and the skin in general. These specific "Stem Cell Growth Factors" induce the skin and fatty layers to produce more of their own cells. The Factors stimulate or initiate "a signal" to both the local stem cells within the skin and fat, as well as the transplanted cell matrix to multiply and restore themselves. The result is a long-term marked improvement that enhances both skin quality as well as the underlying youthful contours of the face; a completely "NATURAL" result. The patients treated have exhibited marked improvement not only in the underlying soft tissue contours of the face but the skin texture and color.

 

Additionally, this technique treats the skin surface with a special solution to remove the effects of the aging process (i.e. sun damage and age spots), as well as restoring the age-related volume loss in the mid or upper face.

 

Treatment Information
 

This all-natural technique combines dermal injections of umbilical derived stem cells, growth factors, and cytokines with micro-needling. This is the latest method to reverse the signs of aging by eliminating fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and adding volume where needed for a naturally youthful and rejuvenated look. For optimal results, this treatment is best when combined with PRP, platelet-rich plasma.

The Procedure

The prepared cell complex is transplanted. Using a fingertip palpation technique, the first step is performed by infiltrating the complex at the level of the infraorbital rim onto the periosteum. The needle is introduced via the piriform aperture and placed onto the infraorbital rim at the periosteal level. 0.5-cc of stem cell matrix and growth factor combination is deposited in four or five passes along the orbital rim beep to the orbicularis muscle.

The second step is the injection of the growth factor stem cell matrix to the deep muscular component of the malar eminence as well as the deeper components of the nasolabial fold, (i.e., the muscles and subcutaneous layers). Here, approximately 4 to 6 cc of the matrix complex is injected with the blunt canula. This is accomplished in linear “rivelets” to allow for optimal growth of neighboring blood vessels into the transplanted matrix.

A superficial injection at the level of the dermal-subcutaneous border is then completed to stimulate general regeneration of dermal elements, collagen, elastin, and HA production. This is accomplished via a syringe which contains a selective different group of growth factors (dermal growth factors) to encourage collagen formation and HA production over an extended period of time (three months). This step is designed to stimulate the transplanted stem cell matrix as well as the local stem cells present.

Who is a candidate for this procedure?

 

You may be a good candidate for this procedure if you have early or moderate signs of facial aging. Typically those involve soft tissue loss in the midface with mild to moderate wrinkling of the skin elsewhere. Patients who are good candidates will sometimes have deep nasolabial fold areas which are improved as well. This technique is often used together with neck rejuvenation for complete results. Frequently this can all be accomplished in the office under local anesthesia.

Also please keep in mind that the "stem cell facelift" restores the lost volume of the midface and "lifts" the upper face rather than "pulling" the skin as in the traditional surgical facelift. It does little to correct jowling, which results from soft tissue descent.
